Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the first class (or workshop). All cancellations are subject to a $25 administration fee. If a customer cancels within 7 days of the workshop, they will not be eligible for a refund.
Make-Up Classes/No Shows
Please ensure you can commit to all the dates of a multi-week class before you sign up. Make-up classes are not offered at this time. Refunds and make-up classes are not offered to no-shows. Remember to mark your calendars with your workshop or event dates.

What Should I bring?
Wear clothing that is comfortable and OK to get dirty. Clay and glaze materials will wash out of clothing, but some dark clay bodies may stain light clothing. Our workshops and lessons include all materials, supplies, and tools. Snacks and beverages are never a bad idea, which brings us to…
Is it OK to eat or drink in the studio?
YES! It's cool and encouraged for you to bring a beverage or a snack to enjoy at MUD. We also provide hot tea, sparkling water, and small snacks for you to enjoy.
What about my hair?
For safety reasons, long hair should be tied back, all jewelry should be removed, and long nails should be trimmed.
